Notice of Supplemental Budget Hearing 

A public hearing on a proposed Supplemental Budget for fiscal year 2024/25 will be held during the Gresham City Council meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, Oct.1, 2024. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting and the public is invited to attend in person or virtually. A link for the virtual meeting is expected to be available on the City of Gresham website by Monday, Sept. 30, 2024.

The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the Supplemental Budget with interested persons. A copy of the proposed Supplemental Budget document is scheduled to be available on the Budget and Financial documents page on or after Thursday, September 26, 2024. Citizens who wish to testify must submit written comment or schedule oral testimony 24‐hours in advance of the hearing via the City Recorder at Rachael.Gangelhoff@GreshamOregon.gov before 6:00 pm Monday, Sept. 30, 2024. Following the hearing, Gresham City Council will consider a resolution to adopt the proposed Supplemental Budget for the City of Gresham. The resolution is part of the agenda for a regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held Oct. 1, 2024.

Notice of GRDC Budget Hearing

A public meeting of the Gresham Redevelopment Commission will be held on June 18, 2024, at 2:30 pm in Council Chambers at 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon. This meeting will also be streamed live. Visit the Gresham Redevelopment Commission webpage for more details regarding the Gresham Redevelopment Commission meeting agenda and online access information.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, as approved by the Gresham Redevelopment Commission Budget Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained online on the Urban Renewal Budget and Financial Information webpage This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as used the preceding year.

A public hearing will be held at 6:00 pm, on June 18, 2024. The public is invited to attend the meeting and provide comments with respect to proposed use of Oregon Revenue Sharing Funds.

Notice of Budget Committee meeting for Gresham Redevelopment Commission

A public meeting of the Gresham Redevelopment Commission Budget Committee will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, the 8th day of May 2024, at which time the fiscal year 2024/25 budget document for the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area will be considered by the Budget Committee.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

In conformance with ORS 192.670, a link to this meeting will be available on the City of Gresham website by Friday, May 3rd, 2024.

A copy of the proposed budget document will be available for inspection online at www.GreshamOregon.gov/Urban-Renewal on Friday, May 3rd, 2024.

A public meeting of the Gresham Budget Committee will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, the 18th day of April 2024, at which time the fiscal year 2024/25 budget document will be considered by the Budget Committee.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

This meeting will be held virtually. In conformance with ORS 192.670, a link to this meeting will be available on the City of Gresham website on the “Events” page.
